Driver’s licenses of third state (not belonging on the EU or maybe the EEA) citizens are valid up right until the person will become a long term resident of Lithuania, i.e. their position of residence is declared in Lithuania plus they Dwell below for at least 185 times each and every calendar calendar year. On top of that, international stude
